• Stage 1.Establish a brief.

    All our projects start with a client conversation to establish a brief. We document exactly what is required and provide a full breakdown of our service and the relevant fees for approval.

  • Stage 2. Initial Ideas

    We will develop initial ideas and options for all areas of the brief, and present them to the client. This work may include mood boards. sketches, plans and initial computer visualisation.

    Stage 2 Output: Client approved creative approach.

  • Stage 3. Design Concept

    The creative approach from stage 2 is developed in detail to show how each element of the job will look. We will present sample materials, sketches, plans & computer visualisation.

    Stage 3 Output: Client approved full concept design.

  • Stage 4.Technical Design

    The approved concept design is translated into technical specifications, detail design drawings and fixture/furniture schedules for builders and manufacturers to cost, and build.

  • Stage 5.Management

    Seabrook Studio can help manage all design related elements of a project with timelines, H&S guidance, sourcing of contractors, planning/building regs applications and cost management.

    Stage 5 Output: A well organised project.

  • Stage 6.Site Checks

    We perform site inspection visits to check the installation and help the construction team to ensure all elements are progressing in line with the clients’ approved design. We will keep the client fully updated during installation.
